Business Development Associate

  Job Description: As a Business Development associate at Aerojet Services, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and developing innovative strategies to promote our services.


Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other outreach strategies.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, outlining our services, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  5. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop comprehensive business development strategies and initiatives.
  7. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the aviation industry
  • Strong understanding of aviation services and industry dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
